The old Crosswind website had many design and navigational issues such as-

• Outdated Navigation. The old website only had a left hand navigation, which is outdated and not user friendly. Most websites have a top horizontal navigation because that’s where users go initially to navigate through a site. The easier you make it for a user to navigate through your website, the more likely they will become a lead.
• Brand Confusion. The company name/logo should be the first thing a visitor sees when they visit a website. That’s why most websites have the company name or logo in the upper left hand corner. On the old Crosswind homepage, there may have been visitor confusion on whether they were on the correct site.
• Lack of Content. The old Crosswind website did not contain much content. There were only 6 to 7 pages and each page only had a few sentences of content. Content keeps a visitor on the website and prompts conversion – a visitor taking a required action like completing a form or contacting your business.
